Update 30/11/09: LOGICOMIX has now been a New York Times bestseller for three weeks running! It’s the number one graphic paperback - see their website for further details.
Apostolos Doxiadis, writer of bestselling graphic novel LOGICOMIX, is stopping at three destinations in England next week to give talks about his efforts to close the perceived gap between arts and mathematics, or science. He will be appearing at Cambridge (Tuesday 10th) and Birmingham (Wednesday 11th), before his appearance at the Comica Festival, in the Institute of Contemporary Arts.
LOGICOMIX is a New York Times Bestseller, as well as in Greece and the Netherlands. Here in the UK, Brian Appleyard of the Sunday Times has described it as “probably the best and certainly the most extraordinary graphic novel I’ve ever come across.” Already in its second print, it is available at Amazon and other bookstores.
