Nicci Cloke was born in 1986 and grew up in Cambridgeshire. After deciding at the last minute that she didn’t want to study law or be a barrister after all, she graduated from the University of Liverpool with her English degree in 2008. She still has a huge soft spot for the city, but currently lives in Brixton, where she can usually be found in front of her laptop with a vodka and tonic or giant glass of wine.
She has been a Luton Town FC fan since birth, an affiliation she would describe as ‘largely thankless’, and spends her time reading, writing, dreaming about travelling and watching really awful television. Someday Find Me is her first novel; she is currently working on her second.
